Recommended For: Ages 4-8

gnkblKnight and his faithful Horse go on a quest to find the golden cookies that were in Knight’s dream. After looking high and low with perseverance, at last they are successful. Then Horse dreams of a quest of his own, and off they go together again.

The text provides plenty of simple repeated vocabulary to build the beginning reader’s confidence, and the illustrations are great fun. A good choice for a child who loves knights, horses, small adventures, or just cookies.
