Recommended For: Ages 4-8 and up

23018237If you want ideas for drawing a jellyfish (or a bicycle or any number of things related to nature, animals, oceans, transportation, facial features, everyday things, etc.), these simple books offer much more than a step-by-step demonstration of how to draw one kind. Instead, both budding and experienced artists can improve their skills by experimenting with twenty different artistic interpretations of any subject displayed across a single page spread. You can use numerous pages to create a complete scene, or just decorate a corner of stationery.

The books contain very little specific instruction, but there is plenty of room to explore. Varying levels of realism and detail in a collection of eggs, for example, allow a broad range of users to be inspired through tracing, copying various levels of difficulty, and exploring different media for adding color. This is an excellent resource for casual artists of all ages.
