Alas, it is Monday and I have a cold (again). On the upside, though, it’s Valentine’s Day week! And that means I get to talk books AND eat lots of chocolate in the next few days. So it’s not all bad!

News
Tomorrow Janie reports on some historical kids’ books, including a book about Lincoln and one related to black history. On Wednesday, Emily will post a recent interview with Rea Berg of Beautiful Fee Books and Gina Dalfonzo of Break Point Youth Reads about what makes a romance story virtuous for teens. And following that, Janie will give us some insight on the books behind the new Beautiful Creatures movie coming out soon, as well as the summer debut, City of Bones. Should be a busy but profitable week, Lord willing!
