• Kate Dicamillo’s New Book:  The author of Because of Winn Dixie and The Mercy Watson series among others gives readers a peek at her newest book due out in Sept.

• The Gospel Before the Reformation:  Reading for those who know Christians leaving Biblical Christianity for the Catholic or Orthodox church.

• What’s so Great About Frances?  Remember Best Friends for Frances?  Here’s one reader’s take on some of her best sayings.

• Author Interview, Nate Saint for Kids:  Shaun Tabatt at Cross Focused Media often offers interviews with Christian kids’ book authors that you often can’t hear anywhere else; this one features an interview with Nancy Drummond about her 2012 kids’ book, Nate Saint: Operation Auca.  I should note that he is paid to promote many of these authors.  But that doesn’t diminish the quality of his work.
